LIMITED WARRANTY
We have confidence in the quality of our products and we offer a limited warranty of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, on manufacturing defects.
Our products are guaranteed for residential and indoors use. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by accident, lack of reasonable care, water damage, flood, fire, explosion, ground motion (including earthquake), improper installation, bad fuse, overvoltage, alteration or abuse.
If a product is defective, the obligation of Carillons Opera is expressly limited to replacement without charge or repair at the factory once a return authorization has been given in writing. If the product is to be replaced, Carillons Opera will replace it with the same or similar product (at our discretion) for free.
The obligation of Carillons Opera under this guarantee can not exceed the original cost of the product; therefore, consequential damages or labor costs due to a defect are expressly excluded from the warranty. The guarantee does not apply to products modified or misused. Carillons Opera must be notified of the defect during the first (1) year following the date of purchase. Fuses and bulbs, including those supplied with the product, are excluded from this warranty.
We could ask for proof of purchase. Keep your receipt please.
